S. and Lotfi, childhood friends, cross the desert in search of Abu Leila, a dangerous terrorist. S., whose mental health is shaky, is convinced that Abu Leila will be there. Lotfi has only one idea in mind: to keep S. away from the capital. However, it is by sinking into the desert that they will be confronted with their own violence.

AMIN SIDI-BOUMEDIENE

Director, writer, editor, producer and musician. In 2005, he obtained his diploma in directing in Paris at the CLCF. He has produced a number of short films. His first feature film, Abu Leila shot in Algeria, was selected for the 58th Critics’ Week in Cannes.
